Facebook has the broadest reach

Why Use Facebook?

With 2.9 billion users Facebook has the broadest reach of any platform out there which means you cannot ignore it when considering digital marketing options.

It doesn’t really matter how tech savvy someone is; the odds are that they are on Facebook. That means you can reach an audience of people that you may not be able to get to with other channels.

The boss of a construction company may not be on TikTok but you’d bet that they’re on Facebook.

Therefore to reach certain audiences Facebook is going to be vital.

How to Use Facebook

As you can imagine there are many ways in which you can use Facebook to market both Top Web Experts and Heroic Partners.

Here is a template for you to follow to market successfully on Facebook:

Step 1 – Do Your Research

The very first thing you need to do is to look through Facebook and find content which is selling similar services. Have a look at the Facebook pages of businesses operating in the same space. Think about what they are doing, why they are doing it and how they are doing it. What is the common theme in their content? What are they trying to sell? What are they doing to make their content interesting and persuasive? Finally think about what they’re missing as very often this will point you in the direction you need to go. From our research we can see that typically when marketing web design and development services companies fail to understand that the prospects do not want a website what they want is a successful business and the website is a means to an end. Therefore focusing on how you can add value to businesses is a good place to start.

Step 2 – Know Your Market

Now it’s time to take a more introspective look and think about who your buying persona is. If you are selling websites through Facebook then you will know by now that pretty much everybody will need to buy a website at some point in their lives. So try and narrow it down considering how you could add value as an individual – for example if you work in construction then the best thing to do would be to target that persona because you know all about it already. If you are trying to recruit sub-affiliates then the persona you are looking for is less specific but our Partners always have one thing in common they want Financial Freedom – so lead with that, if your posts are about making money and achieving financial freedom you will be heading in the right direction. Think about where you will find your personas; which groups will they be members of, where are they frequently posting and viewing posts on Facebook.

Step 3 – Start Posting, Commenting and Generally Interacting

By now your research and buying persona study will have enabled you to know who you are trying to target, where they are active on Facebook and how you want to interact with them. The important thing here is to use a multitude of strategies. You can comment on relevant posts/pages, you can directly message your Facebook friends, you can message people you don’t know, you can create new Facebook pages/groups etc but the important thing is to be employing as many of these strategies as makes sense. Facebook is enormous and there is a plethora of opportunity there but if other platforms are highly targeted and specific Facebook is the opposite it requires you to cast a wide net and play the numbers game.

Step 4 – Keep it Going

This is an ongoing process and you will continue to understand how to improve your conversion rates over time. You must be persistent and track your progress – ensure you have a clear picture of what strategies are producing what results as this will allow you to optimize your approach as time goes by. Typically these strategies are optimised over months and when they are you will really start to reap the rewards. Keep pushing and improving and the sheer enormity of Facebook will guarantee your success.
